Counselling for young people aged 11–30

Gia Bird on youth counselling in Hartley Wintney and online via Teams — anxiety, school, identity, and a free 15-minute discovery call.

A calm space for a young person to talk

This age band is not a gimmick

Eleven to thirty is when school, work, family and identity collide. I work with all ages and I specialise in this stretch, including neurodiverse young people. Sessions are Tuesday to Thursday in Hartley Wintney or on Teams.

Parents

You can book a discovery call if you are supporting someone who is struggling. Confidentiality with a young person still has to be real, with safeguarding limits I will explain.

Creative work

If talking at a chair feels impossible, we can work more creatively. That is still therapy, not arts and crafts for its own sake.
