A full assessment before treatment, clear fees, and a simple cancellation policy.

Before any treatment, we make a full medical assessment. We take time to listen, and we ask questions so we understand your medical history and day-to-day routine.
We will ask about diet, exercise, daily life and what is happening around you — these often give useful clues.
Payment is by cash, cheque, card or BACS at the end of each session. If you have private medical insurance you may need a GP referral. Please check with your insurer before you attend.

Life is busy and sometimes unpredictable, so we are happy to cancel and reschedule where we can. Short-notice gaps cannot be offered to other patients, so appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the usual treatment cost. More than 24 hours’ notice incurs no charge.
