Dizziness: neck, ear, or something else?

Symptoms and what they can mean
A swimmy feeling when you turn the neck is not the same as the room spinning in bed (which may be BPPV). Unsteadiness with headache and hearing change is another list again.
What we can do in clinic
If examination points to a stiff upper neck contributing to a muzzy feeling, osteopathy may help that mechanical piece. I do not perform canalith repositioning as a routine here. I will refer rather than improvise neurology.
Red flags and when to see your GP
Sudden vertigo with facial droop, speech change, or severe headache is 999. New hearing loss with vertigo needs medical assessment promptly.
