Symptoms and what they can mean

Pain on the inner elbow when you carry shopping or prune roses. Less famous than tennis elbow, same principle: a tendon that has been asked for too much, too often.

What we can do in clinic

We look at how you grip, your thoracic rotation (golfers), and the neck. Treatment plus a quieter fortnight of load often beats a miracle gadget.

Red flags and when to see your GP

Numbness in the fourth and fifth fingers can be ulnar nerve — that may need a different path than soft-tissue work alone.
