Hot flushes, sleep and the menopause acupuncture package with Kyla Phillips — what we can reasonably offer, and why HRT conversations stay with your GP.

If your GP has recommended HRT and it is right for you, take that advice. Acupuncture is an option some women use for vasomotor symptoms, sleep and the sense of being “wired and tired”. Evidence is mixed; some people get useful relief. I will not talk you off prescribed treatment.
We offer a menopause package: an initial treatment plus four follow-ups for £325. That structure exists because a short course is more informative than a single session. It is still optional. Standard acupuncture pricing remains available.
Post-menopausal bleeding, new severe headaches, chest pain, or mood that includes hopelessness needs medical or mental-health care. I will say so.
This article is general information for people considering care at Health at Hart in Hartley Wintney. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a promise of outcome. If you have sudden, severe or unexplained symptoms — including chest pain, unexplained weight loss, night pain, bowel or bladder changes, or a new neurological problem — seek urgent medical advice (NHS 111 or 999). UK osteopaths are regulated by the General Osteopathic Council. Counsellors named here are BACP-registered where stated. Always check with your GP or insurer if you are unsure whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
