Warming mugwort in clinic — smell, heat, and why Kyla Phillips uses it in some patterns, not as theatre.

A cold, achy pattern that eases with a hot-water bottle. That is one reason we might warm a point. It is not a spa extra.
I explain the smell (neighbours have opinions) and we use it safely. Asthma and some respiratory issues change the plan. You can refuse it.
I will not moxa over broken skin or where heat is clinically unwise.
