When to see Kyla, when to see Steve, and when the neck is not a neck.

A stiff, tired neck after screens. Headache that climbs from the base of the skull. Some of this is mechanical — Steve’s door. Some sits with stress-sleep — mine, or both.
Needles can reduce muscle guarding and help you rest. I will send you next door if the examination says osteopathy first.
Neck stiffness with fever, or pain after a high-speed injury — A&E or GP, not a relaxing session.
