Symptoms and what they can mean

Stiffness that has arrived by inches, a fear of kerbs, a shoulder that no longer reaches the cupboard. Age is context. Pain is still worth examining.

What we can do in clinic

Gentler techniques, more time, and respect. I work with Deborah on balance when falls are in the story. I will not shout or rush you.

Red flags and when to see your GP

A fall with a hit to the head on blood thinners, or a sudden change in walking, is medical first.
