Symptoms and what they can mean

Aches that build through the week and ease at the weekend. Not a single torn structure — a capacity problem. Naming it “RSI” does not make it one disease.

What we can do in clinic

We change the load: breaks, mouse position, screen height. Hands-on treatment helps the neck and arm settle so you can apply the boring advice.

Red flags and when to see your GP

True weakness, dropping objects, or neck pain with fever is not RSI. Get examined.
