Pain around the kneecap on stairs, hills or after sitting. The knee is where you feel it. The hip and foot often decide how the kneecap tracks.
Examination of hip strength, foot control and lumbar posture sits alongside the sore spot. I treat the chain. A return-to-run ladder is safer with Deborah if you keep re-flaring at 5k.
Locking, giving way after a twist, or a swollen knee after a clash needs a proper orthopaedic screen.
