When a “sinus headache” is teeth, neck, or migraine — and what cranial osteopathy will not claim.
Symptoms and what they can mean
Pressure under the eyes, worse bending forward, or a face that hurts with a cold. Dental infection and migraine wear similar masks.
What we can do in clinic
If the neck and cranial region are contributing, gentle osteopathy may help comfort. I will not drain your sinuses with a myth. Antibiotics, if needed, are a GP decision.
Red flags and when to see your GP
Swelling of one eye, high fever, or a severe facial swelling — urgent medical care. A toothache with fever too.
