A Sunday dread that has lasted years. Envy of people who left. Fear of money. A parent’s voice still running the CV.
This is not careers advice. It is the meaning, the fear and the permission. Practical decisions still need a spreadsheet; the hour is for the part of you that cannot open the spreadsheet.
If the stuckness is a depression, involve your GP. A career change will not treat an illness on its own.
