A calm space for a young person to talk

What this can look like

Lunch with nowhere to stand. A weekend that emptied. Sleep wrecked by a screenshot. Parents saying “you’ll make new friends” while the nervous system disagrees.

How counselling can help

Belonging is not trivial at 14. We take the loss seriously, look at social media aftershocks, and build a slightly wider world without pretending it is easy. £65 for 50 minutes; a first conversation so it is not a cold start.

When it is more than counselling

If exclusion becomes bullying with threats, or the young person’s mood collapses into not wanting to live, escalate medically and via school.
