K Laser as used by Deborah Bateson — an adjunct for some musculoskeletal presentations, explained without science-fiction claims.

Therapeutic laser is used in some musculoskeletal clinics to support tissue comfort and recovery as part of a wider plan. The evidence quality varies by condition. I use it when it fits, not as a default for every ankle.
Eyes, certain cancers, pregnancy over the abdomen, and photosensitising medication change the rules. You will be screened.
If the laser is the only bit you remember, we have failed. Strength and movement pay the rent.
