Symptoms and what they can mean

A landing that went wrong, or a season of anterior knee pain. Netball asks the knee to turn on a planted foot. That is a lot of ask.

What we can do in clinic

Early: swelling and protection. Later: hop tests and confidence. I will not clear you for Saturday because the team is short.

Red flags and when to see your GP

A pop and immediate swelling — get assessed for ACL or similar before we invent a plan.
