Symptoms and what they can mean

A wrist or ankle that feels like it belongs to someone else. Weakness is expected. A grinding new pain is not always expected — tell me.

What we can do in clinic

We restore range, then strength, then your life — dogs, stairs, the clutch. I work to the orthopaedic timeline, not around it.

Red flags and when to see your GP

If union is in doubt, that is the fracture clinic. I will not mobilise a bone that has not been cleared.
