What we can do in clinic

Simple, heavy enough, twice a week. I will not put you on a bosu ball for theatre. Steve can help the stiffness that makes you cheat the squat.

Unstable angina, uncontrolled blood pressure — get medical clearance. I am not your cardiologist.
