Individual work on relational pain

I offer individual therapy, not a couples clinic. You can still talk about a partner, a parent, or a friendship that has become impossible. The client in the room is you.

Patterns, not blame

We look at what you repeat, what you avoid, and what you learned early about closeness. That can be uncomfortable. It is also how people stop living the same argument in a new house.

Domestic abuse

If you are not safe at home, specialist services and the police may be needed. Therapy should never become another secret you have to keep from a person who is harming you. We will talk about that carefully.
